PolyU InnoHub@Shenzhen provides co-working space and comprehensive facilities for start-ups, including shared office cubicles, fixed office rooms, leisure areas, conference rooms, multi-purpose rooms, pantry, etc. Start-ups can simply sign the contract and then move in. The total area of InnoHub@Shenzhen reaches 2,000 square meters after renovation, including 3 large conference rooms that can accommodate more than 30 people each, 3 small conference rooms that can accommodate 8-10 people each, 42 cubicles and 12 fixed office rooms which can accommodate 4 to 10 people each.
